أكلةمشهورة لدى مناطق الجنوب في السعوديةوخاصة منطقة جازان وهي تتكون من اللحم المقطع قطع صغيرة والمطبوخ بزيت الشحم ويكون من ذبيحة عيد الأضحى

جهزو بطونكم لهذه الوصفة الي حقيقة متعوووب عليها

لحم مقطع إلى قطع صغيرة ولحم مع عظم أيضاً قطع صغيرة والكمية كما تحب
شحم يقطع إلى قطع صغيرة
بصل
ملح - حوايج ( كمون ) - هيل مطحون - هرد - قرفه مطحونة -

توقد النار وذلك باستخدام الحطب ويوضع فوقها قدر حجمه على حسب كمية اللحم

يوضع الشحم في القدر ويحرك ، ثم يغلق القدر بغطاء وبعد عشر دقائق يحرك مرة ثانية وهكذا
