مساء النور والسرور على الجميع
اخواني موضوعي مختصر وهو هل توافق على ان تكون تحت ادارة سيده في اي عمل كان
بالنسبة للمرأة كإدارية فهي لديها كفاءة عالية لإدارة الاعمال التي تتفق معها
ومع طبيعتها الانثوية كطبيبة ومدرسة
إلا اننا الان وفي عهد سيدي خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز
شهدنا للمرأة تدرج عظيم في شتى المجالات وآخر ما توصلت اليه المرأة
مجلس الشورى وهذا دليل كافي على ان لديها القدرة والكفاءة لذلك
ومن الطبيعي ان اكون راضياً عن ادارتها اذا كان عملي يتحتم وجودها بالادارة
فمثلا العضوة أشرفت على الأقسام ووصلت إلى رتبة مراقبه
ويعلم الله ان اغلب المنتديات ان لم تكن 99% منها
قائمة على العنصر النسائي وهن المحرك الرئيسي للمنتديات
ولكن لو وصلت المرأة لرتبة مشرفة عامة على المنتدى ككل..
بالنسبة لي انا في عدة منتديات ويتواجد في ادارتها نساء اكفاء
ولا يوجد اي مشكلة في ذلك ابداً
برأيكم هل ستنجح وكيف سيكون تعاملك معها؟؟
اما بالنسبة للمنتديات القبلية
فإدارة المرأة لها لم تنجح ولن تنجح لوجود الافكار الغريبة لدى البعض
والتعنت من البعض ويرون انه من الصعب ان تدير امرأة منتدى قبيلة
وقد يكون معهم في ذلك حق فهو واجهة للقبيلة
وليس نقصاناً في حق المرأة ولكن لما يحدث في المنتديات القبلية
من شد وجذب في الاحاديث والردود بين الاعضاء
قد لا تستطيع السيطرة على الموقع بالشكل الصحيح
سأترك التحليق لخيالكم ؟؟
لقد حلقنا بما لدينا ونتأمل ان نكون قد اوفينا الموضوع حقه
